Congratulation 7-8 Girls Softball Little
League All-Stars

The Huron Little League 7-8 girls
softball All Star Team won 8-6 against
Taylor Northwest to win the District 5
round robin softball tournament . The
girls played great throughout the whole tournament with great hitting, pitching, and
OUTSTANDING defense representing Huron Township.
Way to go Girls --- We're all proud of you !!!

- St Stephen School in New Boston is currently seeking applicants for its' annual Applefest Craft Show to be held October 2nd and 3rd, 2010. The hours of the event will be Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.. Booth rental is $70 for both days. Electricity and tables are available for additional fees. Huron Sports News
- Registration is in progress for the HYBA 1st - 6th grade Basketball Summer camp.
The camp is being held on the following days: July 26th, July 28th, July 29th, Aug. 2nd, Aug. 4th, and Aug. 5th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Huron High school gym. This is a great camp for developing and focusing basic shooting and ball handling skills. The camp includes a participation T-shirts and individual awards.
