Huron Youth Soccer Scholarship Program

    Please complete the hardship scholarship application and mail it along with the travel or house registration form, as needed, and mandatory volunteer form.  No payment of any kind is necessary.  You will be notified by phone by the end of February as to whether or not you have been selected as a recipient of a scholarship.  The acceptance of this form(s) by the HSA in no way guarantees a scholarship, but rather a review and a determination of said award.
